First fitness style shoot last week. Have a few booked over the next few weeks so I think it will be fun to watch me lean up bit by bit!
Hi Cerys! The main reason I do no cardio here is because I’m focusing on building muscle. If we do too much cardio, we begin tob lose our muscle mass and our metabolism as a result drops. If you are really wanting to do cardio with this program (and you dont already have a decent muscle mass), I suggest 45 mins of walking instead of something more intense. This way, you can still get some extra fat burning in without your body starting to use your muscles as a fuel source. :)
Remember, more muscle = more fat burning potential.
